Can I smoke?
Sorry, all minibuses are non-smoking to reduce health and safety issues.

Can I eat and drink on your minibus?
No, we have a no eating and drinking policy on all our vehicles unless agreed at the point of booking. Soiling and spillage charges will apply.

Can I drink alcohol?
No, it is against the law to consume alcohol on a PCV.

How long will the journey take?
We offer each customer a guideline on times; these are from past jobs. With this in mind, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances such as roadworks, weather conditions and accidents.

Are there any extra fees?
The only time we will apply extra fees is if you spoil or damage our vehicle or if you make the driver wait past the agreed time. This is at the driver’s discretion.

How do I book?
A 20% deposit of the price quoted will confirm your booking; without a deposit no booking will be confirmed unless stated upon booking.

Can I cancel my booking after paying a deposit?
Yes you can, however, we reserve the right to take a minimum of £10 for admin costs and this is non-refundable if you cancel 3 weeks before the date of booking.

Can you take passengers and luggage?
Yes. Our 8 and 16 seater minibuses have sufficent spaces for most journeys, however when you book with us, we also have the option to either attach a trailer to the back of the bus or we can supply a bus with an internal booth space.
