We have a fleet of smart, modern 8 and 16 minibus at our premises in Sheffield.
Minibus Master is a leading minibus hire company serving passengers in Sheffield, Chesterfield and nationwide. We take safety of our passengers very seriously and thus we have an advanced 12 month schedule for each minibus in our fleet. The schedule has been designed so that every vehicle is safety inspected at an 8 weekly interval and then the routine service and MOT will apply as standard. These checks allow our vehicles to be well maintained and also keep the cost of repairs to a minimum.
Before any vehicle leaves to go on a job, a daily defect log book has to be completed by the driver. This check can highlight any problems at the time of checking or potential problems which may arise.
Our minibuses and drivers comply with VOSA and DVA standards. All minibuses have fully comprehensive insurance. In the event of an incident, both staff and customers are protected by Public and Employers' Liability insurance.
We equip our buses with DVD players, LED lighting, Bluetooth and TFT screens. Please ask for these features when booking. Our fleet includes 8 and 16 seater vehicles with trailers available to accommodate additional luggage. You can see photos of our fleet on the Gallery page.
Backup and assistance
We are covered by RAC/AA roadside breakdown services:
Onward travel is offered if any of our vehicles break down whilst going to any destination with passengers. With roadside assistance, a patrol vehicle from the AA/RAC will come and fix the vehicle at the roadside.
If the vehicle cannot be fixed and no onward transport is offered, then the policy will provide passengers with the option to stay in hotel accommodation for free overnight.
